Teenagers getting their driver's license is a right of passage. It's a big deal! It's also the most dangerous activity they will add to their daily lives. Parents worry when their teens take the car and we feel releaved when they return home safely. But now throw ADHD into the mix with your teen driver. How do you know when your teen is ready to drive? How do you get your teen the best driver's education in your area? Is there a driving course in your area that knows how to teach driving to a teen with ADHD? What do the experts on ADHD say about driving? Where can you go to find answers to your questions?

Then there are adult drivers with ADHD. Studies have shown they take more risks when driving, They get more traffic tickets than drivers without ADHD. Drivers with ADHD run a much greater risk of traffic accidents than drivers without the disorder. As professionals who work with ADHD we need to stay current on the driving information and resources that are available for parents & students, clients and patients.

Our group is informal and each event has diverse participants who work in a variety of professions: health care, mental health care, education, life coaching, and college & university support services just to name a few. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis and is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. If you would like to check us out we encourage you to attend using our one-time Free Guest Pass.

This is also our Annual Invite a Colleague to Lunch event. Your guest may attend and use the one-time Free Guest Pass for the luncheon.

We hope you will join us on May 8th!
